Helping Women in Midlife and Beyond Become Stronger, Healthier & More Confident


At 46, I faced a decade of fear and self-doubt and stepped onto a bodybuilding stage for the very first time. That one decision changed my life.


Over the next six years, I became a professional bodybuilder and won first place at an international bodybuilding competition at age 51. I discovered that the greatest transformation wasn't physical—it was believing in myself.


Now, as a mother of six and grandmother of 13, I know that our circumstances and our age do not define what we are capable of achieving.


At 65, I continue to challenge myself through fitness. I run 10K races and I'm preparing to step back onto the bodybuilding stage. My journey has shown me that we should never stop setting goals, embracing challenges, and discovering what we're capable of. I want women to see that our best years don't have an expiration date.


My transformation sparked a passion to help other women discover that it's never too late to create a healthier, stronger, more fulfilling life. I share practical fitness, nutrition, and mindset strategies through my book, Healthy Body for Life – A Guide for Women Over 40, my At-Home Fitness eBook, my 30-Day Guided Health Journal, and my blog.


My mission is to inspire women in midlife and beyond to believe in themselves, build healthy habits, and discover what they are truly capable of at every stage of life.
